| Tuna Drive |
| As we do each year, the Sunday School will be collecting cans of tuna in each class during the Sundays in January.
The class that collects the most cans by the end of the month will be treated to breakfast on Christian Ed during Sunday School on February 5th.
All of the tuna will be donated to the Food Bank of Lower Fairfield County. Last year we collected around 1,200 cans of tuna. |

Main Sanctuary
St. John’s Lutheran Church’s current building, built in 1953, is in the style of Neo Classical architecture and
bears the hallmarks of that movement. This design movement in art and architecture (c1870-c1830) was, in part, a reaction to the anti-classicism
that came before. The classical columns, moldings and vaulted ceiling of St. John’s are all elegant reminders of the style of the era.
